La Crosse: Cruise Ship Landing-Riverside Park The work under this contract consists primarily of constructing an approximately 590’ long cruise ship landing area on the north side of State St. within Riverside Park. The work will consist primarily of, but not limited to, erosion & sediment control; site clearing & demolition; dredging; construction & installation of sheet piling & bollard piles; retaining wall; metal railing; landscaping; storm sewer modifications; earthwork and paving. The work also includes salvaging and reinstalling existing benches; light pole relocations and salvaging & reinstalling riprap.
