The work under this contract will consist of demolition and removal of 20,000 sf warehouse type structure including footings and floor. Removal of 11,000 gallon grease tank, 2,000 gallon #2 fuel tank, trash compactor and roof top AC unit is included in the scope. Minor pavement removal, grading and landscaping is included.
