Raze and remove the structure including remaining foundationand footings in accordance with accepted demolition techniquesof the National Association of Demolition Contractors. 2. Remove all combustible materials, shrubs, junk, and debris from the site. 3. Remove all concrete on-site except public sidewalks. 4. Cap all sanitary sewer, water, and gas services. 5. The Contractor shall use clean fill dirt with stones not exceeding one inch (1") in diameter and fill the lot to match the public sidewalk grade and adjacent lot line grade.6. The Contractor shall be responsible for complying with Section15-2-7, Control of Erosion and Pollutants During Land Disturbanceand Development. 7. Upon completion of the demolition, the Contractor shall fill the lot with four (4") to six inches (6") of top soil, seeded with seed mixture appropriate for the site conditions, and mulched withhay, straw, and or other City-approved material. Top soil shall beclear of rocks, twigs, foreign materials and clumps that cannotbe broken down in order to provide a uniformly textured soil.8. Keep the structure(s) secure from unauthorized entry when noton-site until razed.
