Brillion: Brillion Iron Works Demolition In general, the project consists of demolishing the former Brillion Iron Works buildings with general site address of 200 Park Avenue in Brillion, Wisconsin. This includes asbestos abatement; lead based paint abatement; removal of a 20,000-gallon underground storage tank; demolishing approximately 400,000 square feet of buildings, including partial demolition of Plant 1; crushing concrete building materials (walls, floors) on-site for future reuse; disposal of demolition debris; installation of new and relocated water main and sanitary sewer; utility abandonment and site restoration. The project site is approximately 145 acres owned by the City of Brillion.
