Demolition of the Birnamwood Hotel, 375 Main Street, Birnamwood, Wisconsin 54414. Work of this contract consists of the demolition of two existing wood, concrete and masonry constructed buildings located on the main street of Birnamwood, in the county of Shawano. The first building is a one and three story wood framed structure with a partial masonry/concrete basement that was previously used as a hotel. The second building is a single story masonry structure with a wood framed roof that was used as a storage building. Both structures are to be fully removed from the site and disposed in a legal landfill or other approved facility. Earthwork includes filling of the foundation areas with engineered fill and general grading and re-sloping of the site. A single lump sum bid will be required for the base bid which includes all the above work. Bids due 08/08
