Construction of the new WestSide High School. Scope of Work includes: Renovation and modernization of an existing building located at 1510 9th Street., Wenatchee Washington to house WestSide High School. The existing 18,600 sf building was originally designed and built as the Wenatchee Eagles Lodge. Program includes classroom spaces, office, learning center, kitchen, circulation, support spaces, and various other improvements as may be required to allow building to function as a high school, including additions of windows, new entry, and cosmetic changes. Construction consists of, but is not limited to: selective demolition; some new foundations, new interior metal stud walls; new window and door systems, both interior and exterior; new entrance; and site improvements as may be required.
