CHAMBERS CREEK AND STEILACOOM PILING AND DOCK REMOVAL. This project consists of three sites. Site A includes the removal and disposal of creosote treated piling at one location in the Town of Steilacoom located at Sunnyside Beach Park. Sites B and C include the removal and disposal of derelict creosote-treated piers, pilings, dolphins, attached improvements, and associated concrete structures and piling at two locations in the City of University Place located at Pierce County's Chambers Creek Properties. The estimated cost of the project is $1,265,706.26, and the completion date is January 1, 2015. The project is located within the waters of Puget Sound: Site A (Sunnyside Beach Park) The site is located at approximately latitude N 47ø 10.719', Longitude W 122ø 35.404'. Site B (South Dock) The site is located at approximately latitude N 47ø 11.475', longitude W -122ø 35.043'. Site C (North Dock) The site is located at approximately latitude N 47ø 12.200', longitude W -122ø 34.973' Bids due 08/05
