The project includes, but is not limited to: Building and site demolition, hazardous removal, site work, concrete flat work, irrigation, chain link fencing, reinstallation of one salvaged bike rack, installation of new concrete wheel stops, and parking striping. Alternates, if selected, include providing sod, new picnic shelter and concrete, picnic tables, bollards and powder coating of bike rack. The base bid estimate range is $60,000 $80,000.
