STILLAGUAMISH: RIVER ROCK PHASE 2 FUELING This Project is the second phase of an existing convenience store. Phase two work consists of complete demolition of an existing two-story building, and one existing single-story building and foundations. Area of each building is 5470 SF and 1370 SF. Upon demolition, construction will begin of a new 2,900 square foot fuel canopy. Within the canopy footprint, 4 fueling islands for automobiles will be installed. This work consists of adding new underground tanks with related piping, fuel dispensers, concrete and asphalt paving, canopy with structural supports. Civil and electrical work is included.
