Spokane Public Schools: Linwood Elementary School Replacement. The Linwood Elementary School Replacement project consists of a new 75,000 square foot two-story structure with a new capacity of 585 to 625. The new structure will be constructed while the existing facility remains in operation with completion scheduled for August 2019. The project also includes site work consisting of existing school building demolition, new grass and asphalt play areas, a new courtyard, and parking lots including approximately 103 new parking stalls which will be completed by late October 2019.
