The demolition and removal of Solar World Property site improvements with the work to include, but not limited to, the installation of perimeter security fencing and the demolition of the following items: buildings, concrete slabs, walks, foundations, asphalt paving; disconnecting, capping site utilities at the property line and the removal of all underground utilities and piping within the property limits; decommissioning of existing septic tanks; and clearing the site of all other miscellaneous site improvements such as fencing, curb stops, shrubs and trees, including stumps.
