Sound Transit L115 – Lynnwood Link Extension Early Demolition. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is an early demolition of residential houses, apartment buildings and commercial buildings in support of Lynnwood Link Extension. Specific work includes, but is not limited to, abatement of hazardous materials, demolition of existing structures and other site features, disposal of materials that maximizes recycling and reuse, removal of underground storage tanks (USTs), backfilling, minimal grading, and site restoration. This project includes provisions for remediation of unknown contaminated soil and groundwater. Finished sites will have temporary fencing per Sound Transit Property Management coordination.
