SEATTLE: Greenwood Building Demolition and Site Restoration. The work at this project shall take place at two locations, the north parcel and south parcel. Elements of the work shall include, but is not limited to: demo and removal of two one-story commercial building with lead contamination. Asbestos abatement will be provided by the Owner. Removal of four underground storage tanks, removal of 250 tons contaminated soil, asphalt removal, import of clean backfill, topsoil and compost, tree protection, temporary dewatering may be required, storm drainage installation, lawn installation. Cap existing sanitary line for future use. Preserve and protect the water meter, foundation walls, and site walls along the north and east ends of the properties. Freon removal and disposal per regulations. Perimeter chain-link fencing will be required until the lawn has established. Temporary grading for positive drainage to the northeast corner of the property will be required.
