Jefferson Park Golf Course Facility Renovation (RE-BID). Demolition of an existing clubhouse & driving range structure, including basement & foundations. Hazardous material abatement, UST removal, demolition of all existing structures, hardscapes, parking lot, curb & utilities as required for new construction. Import structural fill to new grades & build a new 19,000 SF pre-manufactured cart storage building, including new parking lot sidewalks, patio & putting green. Project is seeking USGBC LEED Silver. The site is shared with the adjacent Jefferson Park golf course, lawn bowling & maintenance facilities which will remain operational throughout construction. Coordination & care will be required to ensure access to these facilities and main driveway at all times. Contractor to schedule work to not disrupt normal operation of these facilities. Alternate #1
