PUYALLUP: (SOQ) On Call Contract for 2016-2018 Services General Scope: The City is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for on-call general contractors interested in providing on-call services for various city repair and improvement works. Types of work include but are not limited to: Demolition Earthwork Facility Construction, Repair and Maintenance Plumbing Installation, Repair and Maintenance Roadway Construction, Repair and Maintenance Sanitary Sewer Construction Repair and Maintenance Site Improvement, Repair and Maintenance Storm Drainage Facility Construction, Repair and Maintenance Vegetation Work Water Facility Construction, Repair and Maintenance The on-call general contractor(s) shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals to perform the work. Such work shall meet the requirements of code enforcing agencies. The selected contractors will be available on an as needed basis from January 1st, 2016 to January 1st, 2018. Professional Services Required: It is the intent of the City of Puyallup the selected contractors will have experience in similar work for municipal clients. On-call contractors will be assigned projects whose total budget is $35,000.00 or less per project as task order under a master contract. 1
