PORT OF VANCOUVER: USA WVFA GRAIN TRACK UNIT TRAIN IMPROVEMENTS. The WVFA Grain Track Unit Train Improvements Phase B Project implements the final expansion of the Port of Vancouver's rail corridor by demolishing existing structures, removing multiple short yard tracks and constructing three full unit train length track in their place. Additionally, a dedicated south lead track will be constructed to connect Terminal 5 to the Port rail access point. Other work within the project includes relocating existing luminaires, underground electrical, stormwater, sanitary sewer, water and communication utilities. The project disturbs areas with known contaminated media and shall be conducted in stages to ensure tenant operations are not interrupted.
