PORT OF VANCOUVER: USA RAIL DRY BULK TRACK IMPROVEMENTS AND FACILITY RELOCATION - PROJECT 7, provides rail capacity for a new bulk unloading facility. The project will be accomplished in two phases referred to as Schedule 1 - Rail Dry Bulk Track Improvements and Schedule 2 - Rail Dry Bulk Facility Relocation. Work in the project includes; demolition of existing buildings and overhead conveyor systems, a new bulk unloading facility/railcar unloading hopper pit, casing installation, track realignment, new track construction and the relocation of NW Harborside Drive and existing crane access road. ***The work in this project is within the security area requiring Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC). See the Security Requirements section in the General Conditions for Facility Construction for requirements which will need to be followed.
