PORT OF OLYMPIA: Swantown Marina ABC Docks Rehabilitation. The work generally required for this project includes: 1. Demolition and disposal of approximately 1050 LF of bull-rail. 2. Replacement of approximately 25 concrete deck surfaces on select floats that have cracked and decayed. 3. Replacement of all treated timber (walers, rub-boards, etc) on all the floats making up the A, B and C Docks. (The pump out station float is excluded.) 4. Replacement of all through-rods. 5. Reinforcement of the end-tee docks on B Dock with the addition of steel bracket. 6. Reinforcement of the shore-tie pedestals and alarm posts with a new bracket. 7. Replacement of all hardware throughout the dock. Estimated cost range is $900,000 to $1,000,000 Bids due 09/16
