The Work includes: All labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, training, and supervision for the installation of all components of the Kalama Marina Renovation project as shown in the plans and specifications, generally including: • Demolition and removal of select structures, • Furnish and conduct waler and rubstrip replacement, roof structure repairs and other specified float rehabilitation, • Furnish and install new manufacturer designed, aluminum frame marginal floats, visitor floats, and boat ramp floats, • Furnish and install new manufacturer designed fuel dock float, • Furnish and install new steel pipe piles, • Furnish and install new concrete approach pier and boat ramp float abutments, • Furnish and install new manufacturer designed, aluminum gangway ramps, • Furnish and install new security fence and gate structure and controls, • Furnish and install new potable water and fire suppression systems on the floats, • Furnish and install new electrical service, pedestals, lighting, etc., • Furnish and install new dock fuel dispenser, hose reels, paystation and management system to provide a fully functional dock fueling syste
