Port of Everett: Central Marina Fuel Dock Reconstruction. This project includes the reconstruction of the Port of Everett's floating fuel dock. Work includes, but is not limited to: demolition and disposal of existing floating docks; extracting and disposal of creosote treated timber piles; design, fabrication, and delivery of a new approximately 500-foot long floating concrete dock; furnishing and installing galvanized steel pipe piles; constructing two on-float timber framed buildings; furnishing and installation of a new fuel system including re-purposing of existing fuel dispensers; furnishing and installing water and sanitary sewer systems; furnishing and installing electrical and communications systems including power pedestals, light poles, and service to the two on-float building structures; and all other Work as shown and as specified for a complete and operable facility. ESTIMATED COST:$7,000,000 - $8,700,000 (incl. WSST)
