Track removal and disposal off-site, concrete and wood tie track construction, grading for track construction, installation of railroad subballast, shifting of existing track, relaying rail, grinding rail, undercutting track, construction of retaining walls, turnout installation, turnout removal, turnout relocation, crossover installation, grade crossing removal, installation of concrete grade crossing, resurfacing of existing concrete grade crossing, derail removal, derail installation, installation of new turnouts in existing track, installation of concrete and wood ties in existing track, installation of rail, removal of existing fence, installation of chain link and wire fence, installation of railroad signage, removal of abandoned railroad poles and overhead lines; removal of existing grade crossing warning devices and associated electrical equipment, enclosures, and foundations; installation of Centralized Traffic Control and Positive Train Control railroad signal equipment; provision of power service for signal equipment; relocation of existing grade crossing signal equipment; installation of grade crossing signal systems at Clover Creek Drive SW, North Thorne Lane SW, 41st Division Drive, and Barksdale Avenue SW.; traffic signal interconnects and grade crossing preemption; installation of new roadway traffic signals; and modifications to existing roadway traffic signals at North Thorne Lane SW, 41st Division Drive, and Barksdale Avenue SW. Remove and replace existing railroad bridge at Clover Creek (WSDOT Bridge 10.8L); Retrofit and repair existing railroad bridges at Pendleton Ave (WSDOT Bridge 16.9L), I-5 Northbound (WSDOT Bridge 19.9L), and I-5 Southbound (WSDOT Bridge 19.8L). Manhole installation, catch basin installation, installation of storm drain pipe, installation of culverts, underdrains, and track drains, installation of silt fence, check dams, inlet protection, wattles, and construction entrances, pruning of existing trees, clearing, and grubbing. Removal of roadway subgrade, pavement, sidewalks, curb and gutter, installation of roadway subgrade, curb and gutter, sidewalk, hot mix asphalt and cement concrete pavement, roadway signing and striping, and temporary traffic control.
