Project Description: Demolition and Removal of (3) existing building structures of varied masonry, metal and wood construction along with existing site improvements. Demolish and remove from the site existing improvements within the limits of disturbance as shown in the demo site plan and as listed below: Vegetation: shrubs, bushes, trees and roots Concrete walls, bollards, and pedestals (3) Building structures, not including the interior slabs and building foundations. Oil tank removal and disposal off site. Debris, tires and miscellaneous barrels Asbestos abatement and other hazardous material preparation for removal. Work in the right-of-way is not included in this scope
