Renton School District #403: Middle School #4. The scope of work includes construction of a new approximately 120,000 square foot school building and associated on-site and off-site improvements. Demolition of an existing one-story school building, partial site grading and installation of selected utilities were completed in a prior phase. Materials and building systems include, but are not limited to, concrete foundation and slab-on-grade, steel frame structure, steel joists, composite deck, metal roof deck and light-gage steel wall and partition framing. Exterior finishes include, but are not limited to, brick/block veneer, cement fiberboard plank siding, and single-ply membrane roofing. Additional systems include interior finishes, mechanical and electrical. Site work includes, but is not limited to, utilities, pavements, curbs, gutters, fencing and landscaping. Bids due 02/12
