KITTITAS COUNTY: Demolition of the 36' x 70' wood pole/metal clad structure formerly used as Fire Station #73 including the following: Bid Package #1-Demolish all the above grade wood pole structure, interior walls, ceiling, etc. and HVAC and electrical systems (including service lines, if any) throughout as described herein the following sections and on demolition drawings; also include removal of concrete wainscot between the wood in this Bid Package #1. Completion of this project will remove everything from the concrete slab(s) up including removal of Hazardous Materials. Bid Package #2-Remove all concrete slabs (and Drainage course, if any,) footings (and any below grade wood remaining from Bid Package #1, concrete foundations, and any underground utilities. Install compacted fill at voids left from demolition of concrete, underground wood pole structure and any existing underground utilities/infrastructure. Install topsoil over demolished building area and hydro-seed any open ground at and adjacent to the demolished building (limits as shown on drawing).
