(RFP) Construction services for the Maritime Pier, Ramp and Float Project. An existing creosote treated timber pier shall be demolished, and a new fixed timber pier supported by steel pipe piles shall be constructed, starting at the existing concrete bulkhead at the east end of the Parking Lot and extending into Gig Harbor. A new timber float, anchored with steel pipe piles, shall be installed to the east of the fixed pier. A new aluminum gangway shall be installed to provide access from the end of the fixed pier to the float. Bids due 06/20
