PORT OF FRIDAY HARBOR: Docks C, E and F Reconstruction Project Phase 2. The engineer's estimate of probable construction cost for this work ranges from $4,000,000 to $5,000,000. The Port of Friday Harbor is a public port municipality. The Port facilities are located within San Juan County in Friday Harbor, Washington. The project site is located on the Port of Friday Harbor property within the moorage basin and includes Docks C, E, F and H. The scope of work includes: 1. Demolition of existing timber floats and piling 2. Concrete float fabrication and installation 3. Placement and installation of water and electrical utilities 4. Furnish and install steel pipe piling 5. Replacement of walkway 6. Provide marine mammal monitoring for duration of pile driving activities. Bids due 01/15/14
