Central Kitsap School District Central Kitsap High School and Seabeck Elementary School Building Demolition. The scope of the work is to demolish the main building at Central Kitsap High School located at 3700 NW Anderson Hill Road, Silverdale, WA 98383, and to demolish the main building at Seabeck Elementary School located at 15565 Seabeck Highway NW, Seabeck, WA 98380. The portion of the high school referred to as the “900 Building” will remain and is not a part of this contract. A portion of the elementary school referred to as “the Multi-Purpose Building” will also remain. New utility services will be provided to the Seabeck Multi-Purpose Building, including sanitary sewer, water and fire service, and electrical service. Demolition will include removal of all building components, associated utilities, underground storage tanks, and hazardous materials, as directed by the Contract Documents. Upon completion of the demolition of the high school building, excavations for removal of underground structures and foundations will be backfilled, including basements and crawl spaces, and the site will be graded with up to 10,000 cubic yards of material moved onsite. The site will be restored with hydroseeding and site stabilization measures. Upon completion of the demolition of the elementary school building, excavations will be backfilled, and the site will be graded and stabilized.
