Central Kitsap School District #401: JACKSON PARK ELEMENTARY Project includes the labor and material to construct a new 60,836 SF Replacement Elementary School on an occupied school site. The Work consists of the complete site work and construction of a new elementary school including: civil, landscaping, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical items to construct the project as shown in the contract documents. The Work includes, but is not limited to, rough and final grading, installation of a temporary sedimentation control and permanent storm water management system, installation of utilities, asphalt paving, landscaping, hazardous material abatement, portable classroom building(s) relocation, main and annex school building demolition, storage building 106 demolition, aggregate pier(s) installation, concrete placement, structural steel erection, rough and finish carpentry, masonry, cementious siding, doors and hollow metal frames, interior and exterior architectural finishes, roofing, flashing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and communications improvements and tie-ins to existing systems. The Work also includes Right-of-Way improvements to City of Bremerton street frontage and school entry, including: temporary and permanent utilities installation, connection to a new gas service at the property line, rough grading, removal, replacement and compaction of existing and imported soils and paving.
