This project consists of, but is not limited to: Stanley and Wasson Hall Deconstruction project is a planned, controlled, deconstruction and disposal of the two buildings at 32 Park Row(Stanley Hall) and 64 Horseshoe Drive(Wasson Hall) on the Waterbury State Office Complex site. Deconstruction and disposal shall be performed per State of Vermont regulations. Site restoration includes fill, finish grading, vegetation, and new sidewalk.
