This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material for the demolition and removal of the Vermont Army National Guard Armory in Winooski, Vermont. The general intent is to remove all components of the building and of the site that are related to the past function of a National Guard Armory. This shall be restored to a mowable grass surface similar to the conditions of the adjacent public park property as indicated on the drawings from John Q Doane dated April 12, 2022.
