Hardwick: Removal of Damaged Bridge and Placement of Temporary Bridge. General Conditions Fisher Folly bridge is a town owned, single lane bridge, serving one residence, located off of VT Route 15E in the town of Hardwick, VT. The bridge spans the Haynesville Brook just upstream of the merge to the Lamoille River. On July 11, 2023 the bridge sustained damage, rendering it unpassable, by a substantial rain event that caused wide spread damage throughout the entire Lamoille River watershed. Scope of Work The Town of Hardwick is seeking bids from licensed and qualified contractor with expertise and equipment to remove the existing bridge superstructure and prepare and place a temporary bridge supplied by the State of Vermont.
