New England Youth Theatre: 64 Elm Street Brownfields Cleanup (PROJECT) The nature of work includes the demolition of the existing 2-story building (4,100 square foot perimeter) and abatement of hazardous materials in and around the building. This project also includes the construction of a pile foundation, an 8,400 square foot concrete slab, the relocation of utilities (water/sewer/stormwater/electrical), and a vapor mitigation system. This concrete foundation and slab will serve to cap in place contaminated soils and be the base for a future building Bids due 02/14
