South Boston: Demolition for Riverdale Acquisition Project The Town requires the services of a demolition contractor to demolish and remove the structures, concrete and asphalt in each OU as detailed below: 1. OU-01 includes two (2) structures totaling 5,850 square feet (SF) and approximately 30,000 SF of asphalt. 2. OU-02 includes one (1) structure totaling 2,100 SF and approximately 12,300 SF of asphalt and concrete. 3. OU-03 includes two (2) structures totaling 3,900 SF, approximately 26,000 SF of asphalt and concrete, the abandonment of a water well and the possibility for removal of a grease trap. 4. OU-04 includes one (1) structure totaling 3,121 SF. 5. OU-05 includes one (1) structure totaling 1,500 SF and approximately 2,200 SF of asphalt and concrete. 6. OU-06 includes three (3) structures totaling 3,650 SF and approximately 23,850 SF of asphalt and concrete. 7. OU-07 includes two (2) structures totaling approximately 10,650 SF and approximately 81,150 SF of asphalt and concrete. 8.
