Site work. 12. All necessary appurtenances for a complete and operational water storage tank as shown and as specified. 13. Replacement of the Church Hill Street Lighting Substation. 14. Demolition of the existing 5.0 MG water storage tank. 15. Removal of the existing altitude valve and vault. 16. Removal of the existing altitude valve control as shown and as specified.
