Demolition Services Services shall be provided on an as needed basis for the demolition of single family dwellings, one and two family dwellings, townhouses and/or commercial structures; to assist enforcement authorities in the removal and proper disposal or securing of materials from the interior of the structure(s); and to perform various tasks necessary and incidental to the demolition project to ensure public safety and welfare.
