James City County: Demolition at James Blair Middle School The Work under this Project consists of partial building demolition and new construction related to the relocation of the central office reception area, as follows: The scope of work is generally comprised of partial demolition per the drawings to remove existing building structures completely including roofs, walls, floors, foundation walls and miscellaneous site items. Also- work under this contract will involve removal of existing concrete footings of the school buildings and miscellaneous structures, utilities and services as indicated. Services provided by the contractor shall include, but not be limited to the furnishing of all materials, equipment, supervision labor, tools, excavation, grading, restoration, erosion and sediment control, pavement material, traffic control, testing, and all other miscellaneous appurtenances and work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents, Drawings and Specifications.
