The project consists of the demolition of the Former Elliston-Lafayette Elementary School building and adjacent mobile class room and overall site restoration. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of the buildings, removal of an underground fuel oil tank, removal of septic tanks, demolition of fencing, sidewalk, handrails, steps, utilities, overall site clean-up, grading, erosion and sediment control practices, and site restoration.
