Brantly Steam Station Structure Demolition. Scope: Complete demolition and removal of three (3) free standing structures. Remediate all sources of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to: equipment, and asbestos containing materials. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs of transporting and proper disposal of all demolition debris. No materials from the project are proposed for reuse by the City; however, the City will consider plans offered by Bidders for rendering removed masonry materials such that they are usable as part of a fill mixture for the basement area. In consideration of the Scope of Work outlined in the IFB, the successful Bidder will take ownership of all building construction materials and equipment currently housed in the buildings. The value of this ownership shall be credited to the proposed price of the work Bids due 07/10
