State of Utah Division of Purchasing: (RFP) Job Order Contracting. The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) for construction services throughout the State of Utah. Services to be performed under this Contract will be individual Job Orders that may include building, altering, repairing, improving or demolishing any public structure or building or other public improvements of any kind to any public real property, subject to individual project requirements and the Contract Documents. Job Orders will be placed by the AGENCY directly with the Contractor. The Contractor will submit invoices for Work completed, as provided for in the Contract Documents, directly to the ordering AGENCY. The prices paid by the AGENCY will be contracted prices. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for FIVE (5) years.
