Snow College Social Science Bldg-24274700-VBS Program/Design Project Description: Snow College is seeking to build a new 45,000 square foot Social Science Building. With an expected rise in enrollment by 2027, there will be a need for 20 additional classrooms. Social Science courses have the highest enrollment of all classes at Snow College – 42% of Snow students take social science courses to fulfill general education requirements. The existing Home and Family Life Building, along with Greenwood Hall and the Cottages will be demolished as part of this project. Construction Budget: $31,000,000 The initial contract award will be for programming only. After satisfactory completion of the programming, DFCM may award design services to the programming consultant.
