Complete removal/demolition of the Emporium block of buildings located at 41 through 67 North Main Street including subsurface structures as outlined in the EMPORIUM BUILDING- LOGAN DEMOLITION PROGRAM (including appendices) dated August 12, 2019 as prepared by Cartwright Architects & Engineers (Appendix A).2. All Pre-demolition, Demolition, Building Demolition Debris Removal, and Building Site Reclamation tasks as outlined in the EMPORIUM BUILDING- LOGAN DEMOLITION PROGRAM (including appendices) dated August 12, 2019 as prepared by Cartwright Architects & Engineers (Appendix A).3. Abatement, processing, and disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) to the extent of, and under the direction of, the City’s environmental consultant, Environmental Health Services (EHS). This also includes abatement, processing, and disposal of ACMs located in inaccessible areas resultant of additional testing and lab samples identified and directed by EHS.
