Stage I will involve the pre-qualification of contractors based on the selection criteria outlined in this bid document. During Stage II, the pre-qualified contractors will be invited to submit price bids. GSD is requesting that demolition contractors submit their pre-qualifications, paired with their preferred abatement contractor, as part of Stage I, with the full anticipation that if the contractor is eligible for Stage II that the price submittals will be for the same preferred abatement contractor.
