demolition and proper disposal of various concrete structures and other related features currently on site of the Ute Indian Tribe Bottle Hollow Complex, located on Highway 40. Major items of work include the removal and proper disposal of existing concrete features including sidewalks, curbs, planters, fountain and pool, pump pad, sewer manhole, storm drain inlets with grates, and light posts as shown on the proposed demolition plan. Other items of work include the removal and disposal of trees and tree stumps, fire hydrants and other above ground utilities no longer in service or to be removed from service.
