UT DFCM: SPRINGVILLE FISH HATCHERY MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE SHOP Project Description: This project includes the demolition of (2) existing buildings and site preparation for a new 60\' x 100\' pre-engineered metal building (pemb) to house a 4-bay maintenance shop, tool storage, office/kitchenette, restrooms, and storage. Site work includes a new gravel access drive with concrete aprons at each side of the building, as well as a concrete foundation/retaining wall that transitions to a stack boulder wall. Utility connections to the new pemb include those for an automatic fire sprinkler system, as well as a new gas connection to an adjacent existing building. All utilities connect to existing utilities on site except for a new sewer line to be run to N Main St.
