University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire: GENERAL SERVICES BUILDING DEMOLITION, NORTHERN WISCONSIN CENTER DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES CHIPPEWA FALLS, WISCONSIN: The General Services Building was built in 1902 and is an approximately 56,000-square-foot three-story masonry building that is part of the campus of the NWC. The building is currently vacant. This project will abate hazardous materials, and demolish the General Services Building and adjacent paved areas. Utilities will be properly terminated. Foundation will be removed to a depth of 2-feet below ground surface. Building footprint will be backfilled. Area will be graded and restored to a lawn surface. Building components will be recycled and diverted from landfill where possible
