West Travis Count MUD 3: Upper Carlsbad Pond Spillway Rehabilitation Project. The work generally consists of the excavation and removal of an existing large-stone weir and its adjacent stone retaining walls and wood deck bridge structure and the construction of a cast-in-place concrete spillway and bridge replacement structure. The project site is located in the Lake Pointe community in west Travis County within the Carlsbad Pond storm water control facility, which is situated approximately 200 feet north of the intersection of Carlsbad Drive and Napa Drive within the West Travis County Municipal Utility District #3
