University Health System: Subcontractors. Demolition of North Parking Garage.The Work includes the removal of an existing 4 story north parking garage in its entirety. Designated IT and security items will be salvaged. An existing jet fuel line and chlorination room will be relocated with New Construction for the chlorination room. Temporary reroute of existing egress stairs will be provide in the sky tower for the duration of the Woman and Children Tower construction. During the work, the University Hospital System will need to remain open 24 hours 365 days a year. Scope of Work to include:but is not limited to: SWPPP, Demolition, Cast in place Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Steel Erection, Doors, Storefront, Drywall, Painting, Fire Sprinkler, Earthwork, Utilities, Tree Relocation, Jet fuel system reroute. Mechanical and Electrical scopes will be handled thru a separate contract.
