Port Arthur: Flood Repair Project - Demolition - Southwood Crossing Apartments.The Project consists of Interior Demolition and Environmental Remediation of 103 apartments located at the Southwood Crossings Development. In general, this work is related to flood damage from Hurricane Harvey and is Phase 1 of a project to return the damaged units to their pre-hurricane condition. Specifically, this project consists of selective demolition and environmental remediation of all first floor units contained within 20 individual apartment buildings of this complex.
