Pettus ISD: Bond Improvements Package "A". This Project is located at 500 N. May Street, Pettus, Texas 78146. Project includes demolition and new construction with additions and renovations to the existing High School and Junior High School campuses. It shall include a new 9,000 +/- SF Field House, a new 40,000 +/- SF Elementary School, 70,000 SF +/- Addition and Renovation to consolidate the existing Junior High School and High School, and a 12,000 SF +/- Alternate for a new Competition Gymnasium. Scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, locker rooms, weight room, coach's offices, classrooms, administration areas, media center, kitchen, cafetorium, band hall, science labs, gymnasium, associated parking, site work, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, and other work as described in the construction documents. ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $22,000,000.00.
