Demolition of a Belt Press Facility at Recycling Center; bids for the abatement/removal of lead based paint (LBP) and partial demolition of two (2) structures located at Water Recycling Center (WRC). Following completion of abatement process, disassembly and partial demolition will be initiated. The structures measure approximately 65� X 125� that is attached to a 2nd steel structure that is approximately 90� X 200�. This also includes a 48� X 62� metal cover which connects both structures. (Technical drawing and blueprint of the structures will be provided.) The overall estimated square footage to be addressed in this project is approximately 30,000 square feet. Bids due 11/11
